Saturday 21st February 10am - 4 pm
In-Person, Innellan Village Hall, Argyll
Shamanism is one of the oldest spiritual practices known to humankind, dating back over 40,000 years. A shaman (or shamanic practitioner) is someone who journeys beyond the ordinary world to seek healing, wisdom, and guidance from helping spirits.
A shaman uses their ability to see “with the strong eye” or “with the heart” to travel into hidden realms where they interact directly with helping spirits to address the spiritual aspect of illness and perform retrievals to bring back lost soul and power parts, as well as remove spiritual blockages. Traditionally, a shaman would have also divined information for the community such as where they should move to in order to find food.
Throughout this experiential journey, you will:
Prepare to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and spiritual awakening in this enlightening day of exploration and connection
No previous experience is required - just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Bring drum or rattle (if you have one - this isn't vital), a journal, a yoga mat, blanket and anything else to make yourself comfortable for the shamanic journeys. A blindfold or covering for eyes can be beneficial too.
I can't wait to share with you how shamanic healing has transformed my life!
