My foundational shamanic training was with Stephen Mulhearn at Lendrick Lodge in Scotland, where I trained within a Core Shamanic approach influenced by the work of Sandra Ingerman, alongside Celtic, Native American and Peruvian traditions.
Since then, my path has deepened through Andean traditions, including the Munay-Ki rites, alongside many years of supporting clients in one-to-one practice.
Today, Hollow Bone brings together this lineage, years of practical client experience and a deep commitment to ethical, trauma-aware practice. Everything within the programme is taught not simply because it belongs to a tradition, but because it has proved effective in supporting real people through real healing.
This commitment is reflected in the programme's professional accreditation with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), giving you confidence that your training is grounded in recognised professional standards as well as lived experience.
How the Training Is Delivered
This year-long learning journey combines live online teaching with guided practice, integration and ongoing mentoring, giving you the time and support to grow into a confident practitioner.
It includes:

Munay Ki Rites: I attended the Munay Ki training and over three wonderful sessions Dawn guided us through every step with all the information we needed to bring the Munay Ki tradition to life. About Dawn
This training is facilitated by Dawn, a shamanic and energy practitioner, teacher, and retreat facilitator known for creating grounded, ethical spaces for deep personal transformation.
Dawn’s approach weaves cross-cultural shamanic practice with energy healing and embodied, land-based work, drawing on core shamanism, Andean traditions (including the Munay-Ki rites), and lived ceremonial practice. Known for her grounded, compassionate presence, Dawn emphasises ethics, discernment, and real-world application.
Her work includes drum-birthing retreats, 1:1 healing, and practitioner programmes developed from lived experience and hundreds of client sessions.
