Recordings of the hypnotherapy sessions will be made available to download to enhance your experience between the in-person sessions.

You will have 'homework' to complete between the meetings and those who complete this always get better results so please make time in your diary!

When: We'll meet on 6 consecutive Wednesday evenings, 7:00pm-8:30pm, February 19th - March 25th 2020
Please arrive a few minutes before so that we can get started on time.
