FREE 15-MINUTE DRUMMING EXPERIENCE
COME BACK TO YOURSELF
Step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself and uncover what most needs your attention right now.
Life can get very full.
Responsibilities, other people, work, family, things that need doing. And somewhere amongst all of that, it’s surprisingly easy to lose touch with yourself.
You might know what usually helps you feel grounded and connected, but realise you haven’t made time for it lately.
You might feel slightly stuck, flat or out of sorts without really knowing why. Or perhaps you simply have a sense that something needs to shift.
Come Back to Yourself is an opportunity to pause, step away from the noise and listen to yourself again.
In this free experience, I’ll guide you through...
A guided drumming experience to help you slow down and turn your attention inwards.
You’ll be invited to notice what might be asking for your attention, and to listen for whatever wants to come forward.
There’s nothing you need to work out in advance and no right answer to find.
It’s simply some space to listen.
This may be for you if...
- You’ve been so busy with life and other people that you’re not quite sure what you need anymore.
- You already know lots about personal or spiritual development, but you’re not always making time to use the things you know help you.
- You’ve lost a little trust in your intuition or feel disconnected from that quieter part of yourself.
- You have a sense that something needs to change, but you don’t yet know what.
- Or you simply want to create a little space to come back to yourself.
You don’t need any experience
You don’t need to know how to meditate, journey or work with a drum. You don’t need to be able to visualise clearly either.
I’ll guide you through the whole experience. You can simply listen, notice what arises and take from it whatever feels useful to you.
Give yourself 15 minutes to listen
You may not need another book, another course or another person telling you what you should be doing.
Sometimes what you need is enough quiet to hear what you already know.
