Cancellation policy:

Should you subsequently need to cancel or re-arrange this appointment refunds will be made as follows:

Within 48 hours of the treatment date: full refund

Within 24 hours of the treatment date: 75% refund

Cancellation on the day of the treatment: I reserve the right to retain 50% of the fee.
