Fees:
Deposit: £100. Non-refundable but can be transferred to a different date if you can't attend.
Full Fees:
Residential, early-bird £495 if balance of £395 is paid 3 weeks before the date of the retreat.
Otherwise, £545 with balance of £445 due 1 week before the date of the retreat.
Non-residential (inc lunches and eve meals) early-bird £425 (balance £325), full fee £475 (balance £375) - balances due 3 weeks or 1 week before the date of the retreat as above.

Create your own shamanic drum & beater
Your drum
During this residential weekend you will be birthing a 40cm/16inch (approx) frame drum covered with deer hide or goat skin.
You will also make a needle felted drum beater to accompany your drum.
We may be working outside – weather permitting! We will retreat to the bell tent/outbuilding/indoors if the weather (or midges) dictate.
The weekend
Accommodation is in the Community owned Pedals & Paddles apartment which is just under a mile away from my home where the retreat takes place.
Both your accomodation and the retreat venue are on the Shore Road with fantatic views over the Firth of the Clyde.
Simple vegetarian food is included. Please indicate yoru dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Breakfast is self-catering with all supplies provided in your accomodation.
Drinks and snacks are included during the day.
Starting after the evening meal on Friday and working through to around 9pm is your preparation time.
Then from 9:30am-5:30pm approx (with a 2 hour lunch to enjoy walks on the beach) on Saturday you will be birthing your drum
Saturday evening will be more relaxed.... though you will still be creating!
On Sunday morning you'll be finishing your beater before we awaken your drum through ceremony.
We finish late morning when you'll be free to depart or if you wish you can stay for a light lunch before your journey home.
What to bring
Toiletries - towels are provided. Indoor footwear.
Waterproofs and warm layers including warm footwear.
Something to wrap your drum in to get it home - it will still be damp at this stage. Plus, any feathers etc that you want to decorate your drum beater with.
A notebook to capture your insights from the shamanic journeys - a workbook is provided :)
