Retreat details:

If you work (paid or voluntarily) in any kind of healing capacity, then I know that you're a natural giver.

And as a giver, I know that you're probably not that good at giving to yourself!

If you're ready to RECEIVE more, so that you are fully 'topped-up' with positive vibes and healing energy then join me for this deeply renewing and relaxing retreat during which you'll take time out to re-connect with your inner desires, release any 'shoulds' linked to your healing role and intuitvely envision your future path through 2024 (or beyond).

The weekend

Accommodation is in the Community owned Pedals & Paddles apartment which is just under a mile away from my home where the retreat takes place.

Both your accomodation and the retreat venue are on the Shore Road with fantatic views over the Firth of the Clyde.

Simple vegetarian food is included. Please indicate yoru dietary requirements at the time of booking.

Breakfast is self-catering with all supplies provided in your accomodation.

Drinks and snacks are included during the day.

Starting after the evening meal on Friday you'll be gently guided to release, receive and rejunvenate

We finish after a light lunch on Sunday (approx 2pm)

What to bring

Toiletries - towels are provided. Indoor footwear.

Waterproofs and warm layers including warm footwear.

Cancellation policy:

Please note:

Your first payment/deposit is non-refundable.

Should you wish to cancel after full payment has been made then a refund of the amount paid, less the first payment/deposit will be made if 1 weeks notice (or more) is given.

If less than 1 weeks notice is given then no refund will be made, however you may transfer to another date or to another product/service.

Should I need to cancel this event for any reason, a full refund will be issued to you.
